Hi! I’m a professionally certified Life Coach with a concentration in the field of personal growth and spiritual development. I’m passionate about leveraging present moment awareness to help you build a life filled with purpose, peace, and happiness. I’m here to guide you along your personal journey and help you move through life transitions as smoothly and easily as possible. I’m here to listen to anything you’d like to share, that maybe you don’t want to share with family, friends or peers. What makes me a great life coach? My ability to lead - to make things happen and to inspire. Repeatedly recognized for my vision, intuition and ability to solve problems is what allows me to help others come to a new level of understanding of what is possible in their lives. And it’s the skill and talent to influence and guide others to make real breakthroughs and create lasting change. I help people create and reach their goals surrounding love, money, health, spirituality and all the things that matter the most to them.

My spiritual journey began after my best friend passed away suddenly and unexpectedly, during our senior year of high school. This threw me off any track of happiness or alignment I might’ve been on. After months of recklessness, distress and ultimately grief counseling, I embarked on a completely new path…spirituality. Fast forward 15 years later, I’m dedicating my life to helping others move into an elevated state of joy, love, inspiration and gratitude. Tapping into this practice can provide significant changes in your health and body. I've studied buddhism, meditation, flow state, life coaching, psychotherapy, mindfulness practice - going deep into educating myself so I can teach this work to others.

The majority of us miss so much of life lost in distraction and fantasy. Spiritual practices such as mindfulness and meditation reminds us that nothing can replace the unfolding experience of NOW!
